Origin
Our beginning
Wings Capital started with a question: what do you build when there's no fortune yet to protect? Most families write a constitution after decades of success, once there's something worth codifying. We wrote ours first.
That's not an accident. It comes from years spent moving between countries and industries, watching how businesses succeed when they're built on process and how fast they unravel when they aren't. The lesson stuck: discipline isn't something you add once you have money. It's the reason you end up with any.
So this is generation one. There's no fifty-year track record here and no vault of prior deals to point to. What there is: a written constitution, a family council, a waterfall method for how profits get allocated, and a rule that decisions get made by vote, not by whoever's loudest in the room. It's an unusual thing to build before you need it. We built it anyway.
Everything that follows, the sectors we invest in and the values we hold to, gets measured against that founding document. Not because it's tradition. Because it's the only kind of foundation worth standing on.
